Scroll Shot

Full page screenshots of anything that scrolls: pages, chats, feeds and panels.

Scroll Shot scrolls for you, stitches everything into one tall image, and lets you mark it up before you share it.

Free · Chrome 116 or later · No account needed

What makes it different

Capture what other tools miss

Chats, feeds, inboxes and dashboards often scroll inside the page instead of the window, so ordinary full page screenshot tools only capture what's on screen.

Click Pick element, click the area that scrolls, and Scroll Shot captures just that part from top to bottom.

  • Long chats WhatsApp Web, Slack
  • Social feeds timelines, comments
  • Inboxes and dashboards lists, panels
  • Tables and side panels anything that scrolls

FAQ

Questions and answers

Is Scroll Shot free?

Yes. Full page and visible-area screenshots, Pick element, autoscroll and the editor (crop, arrows, boxes, text, copy and PNG) are free, with no account needed. Scroll Shot Pro adds extras like sticky header removal, blur, PDF export and longer captures for $2/month billed yearly or $3 monthly, with a 7-day free trial.

Can it screenshot a whole chat, like WhatsApp Web or Slack?

Yes. Chats scroll inside the page rather than the window, so open the side panel, choose Pick element, click the message list and press Full page. Scroll Shot scrolls that list from top to bottom and stitches it into one image. Chat apps load older messages as you scroll up, so scroll up to the first message you want before you capture.

Can it remove sticky headers from a full page screenshot?

Yes, with Scroll Shot Pro. Fixed and sticky bars, banners and buttons appear once instead of repeating down the whole image. On the free plan, a larger overlap between frames or picking the inner scrolling element usually avoids them.

Where do my screenshots go?

They stay on your computer. Each capture opens in Scroll Shot's editor, or goes straight to your Downloads folder if you set After capture to Save. Screenshots and page content are never uploaded anywhere.

Can I save a full page screenshot as a PDF?

Yes, with Scroll Shot Pro. PDF export splits the capture into pages and prints the page URL and capture time on every page. Pro also exports JPG and WebP. The free plan saves PNG and copies to the clipboard.

How do I cancel Scroll Shot Pro?

Open the Pro dialog in Scroll Shot and click Manage subscription, or sign in at account.appzlr.com. You can cancel any time. If you cancel during the free trial you won't be charged, and after that Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Which browsers does Scroll Shot work in?

Google Chrome 116 or later on Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. Other Chromium-based browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store may work but aren't officially supported. It doesn't run on Firefox, Safari or mobile browsers.
